Role Overview As a Business Management Trainee , you will participate in a structured, hands-on training program designed to prepare you for management and leadership roles . You will gain real-world experience in campaign management, event coordination, team development, and business operations , while supporting high-impact nonprofit outreach initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field)

Responsibilities

• Participate in business management and leadership training led by experienced mentors
• Plan, coordinate, and execute community outreach and fundraising events , including logistics and staffing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, venues, and community stakeholders
• Assist with recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and training of new team members
• Coach and mentor outreach representatives to support performance growth and team development
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization
• Professionally represent nonprofit partners with integrity, empathy, and accountability
