Requirements

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, venues, and community stakeholders .
• Support recruitment efforts, including interviewing, onboarding, and training new team members .
• Coach and mentor outreach representatives to ensure performance, growth, and professional development .
• Review and analyze campaign data and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Represent nonprofit partners with professionalism, empathy, and integrity .
