Requirements
- A recent graduate or MBA student (preferably from UT or a comparable program) with a strong academic record.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn.
- A strong communicator and team player who enjoys working across departments.
- Not necessarily sure of your long-term career path — but excited to explore multiple facets of business operations.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Support cross-department initiatives in Finance, Marketing, and HR, performing a variety of administrative and project-based tasks.
- Assist with budgeting, reporting, and data tracking in Finance.
- Help execute marketing campaigns, events, and internal communications.
- Participate in HR processes including recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with leadership to streamline processes and develop strategic insights.
- Receive mentorship and ongoing professional development focused on leadership and business management.
