About The Position

This role is responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and long-term profitability. The position owns the plant product line P&L, budgets, forecasts, and strategy development and implementation. It involves leading cross-functional teams to optimize operational structures and processes, championing continuous improvement, and establishing disciplined operating rhythms and accountability frameworks. The role also drives enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, including business process standardization and technology modernization, and oversees the successful implementation of integrated business systems. Building and developing high-performing leadership teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, and partnering with global and regional stakeholders are key aspects. The position oversees all aspects of the business through strategic leadership and effective tactical management, coaching staff to deliver operational results that meet or exceed KPIs such as safety, quality, cost, delivery, training, compliance, on-time delivery, overdue backlog, NPS, and communications.

Responsibilities

Own plant product line P&L, budgets, forecasts and development and implementation of strategy.
Lead cross-functional teams across operations, project management, manufacturing, and customer-facing organizations to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
Optimize operational structures, processes, and resource allocation to improve efficiency, scalability, and market responsiveness.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen business performance, increase productivity, and enhance financial results.
Establish and maintain disciplined operating rhythms, performance metrics, and accountability frameworks to ensure execution excellence.
Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, including business process standardization and technology modernization programs.
Drive successful implementation and adoption of integrated business systems to improve visibility, decision-making, and operational effectiveness.
Build and develop high-performing leadership teams while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and customer focus.
Partner with global and regional stakeholders to align organizational capabilities with strategic business objectives and growth opportunities.
Oversee all aspects of the business through strategic leadership and effective tactical management.
Coach, engage and direct staff to deliver operational results that meet and exceed organizational expectations for the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including safety, quality, cost, delivery, training, compliance, on-time delivery, overdue backlog, NPS, communications, etc.
