Northrop Grumman is seeking a College Intern in Business Management for an internship opportunity. This position will be located at our Launch Systems Division in Chandler, AZ. The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman’s Material Cost Management team. Requirements

  • Be a student who is enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university and will be enrolled full time in Fall 2027
  • Be majoring in Business Management or business related field
  • Be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks during summer 2027.
  • Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) as well as Program Special access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel

Nice To Haves

  • Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.00/4.0 or higher
  • Prior experience in business administration or accounting.
  • Familiarity with Deltek Costpoint software.

Responsibilities

  • Provide meaningful business support to various programs and initiatives.
  • Gain proficiency in using the Costpoint financial management system.
  • Develop skills in creating clear and effective standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Acquire foundational knowledge of earned value management principles.
  • Build capabilities in Excel, data analytics, and forecasting techniques.
