About The Position

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Principal Business Management Analyst (Level 3) or Senior Principal Business Management Analyst (Level 4) to support the Sector and Division Contracts organizations. This role involves being a focal point for contracts processes, policies, and industry regulations, including the Risk Work Authorization (RWA) system and the SOX self-audit process for contract setup. The analyst will manage various reporting responsibilities related to contracts, attend Sector meetings, and act as a primary LX administrator for training maintenance. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to find creative solutions, and collaboration with various functional areas and sectors. Requirements

  • Bachelors degree and 5 years related experience OR Masters degree and 3 years related experience (Level 3).
  • Bachelors degree and 8 years related experience OR Masters degree and 6 years related experience (Level 4).
  • Experience should be focused in contracts management/administrator, pricing, billing, accounting, finance, cost management or other similar business or industry related responsibilities.
  • Experience creating and presenting effective business presentations using MS Office products including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to plan and carry out complex projects across multiple functions.
  • Experience with FAR/DFARS regulations.
  • Capability to advise and interact with sector senior management as well as management across sectors.
  • SAP S/4 experience, ideally with direct experience in Sales & Distribution (SD), Project Systems (PS), Financial Reporting, Billing, or Intercompany Work Order (IWO) processes.
  • Data mining, analytical, and problem solving capabilities.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Excel with Pivot tables, XLOOKUP and macros.
  • Knowledge of SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) module and general corporate business processes and practices.
  • Experience with SAP SD module reporting, and BW/OLAP reporting.
  • Demonstrated process improvement using a disciplined approach.

Responsibilities

  • Providing support to the Sector and Division Contracts organizations.
  • Being a focal point for contracts process, policies, and industry regulations, including the Risk Work Authorization (RWA) system.
  • Managing the SOX self-audit process for contract set up.
  • Managing various reporting responsibilities related to contracts, including: RWAs, SOX Controls, Closeouts, UCAs, and other topics as necessary.
  • Attending Sector meetings, working groups, and compliance councils.
  • Acting as primary owner for any actions that come out of Sector meetings, working groups, and compliance councils.
  • Acting as primary Learning Exchange (LX) administrator and being responsible for tasks including maintenance of functional trainings in LX and My Learning Experience (MLE).
  • Providing regular support and facilitation of the Enterprise Contracts Training and Certification (ECTAC) program.
  • Communicating with instructors, setting up classes, facilitating live classes, recording attendance, and closing classes as part of the ECTAC team.
  • Acting as a focal point for Aeronautics Systems Sector to manage data calls at the Sector and Enterprise level.
  • Identifying potential process/system enhancements, and acting as a focal point for PrOP updates.
  • Utilizing SAP S/4, Analysis Office, PIEE/WAWF, MOCAS Data Access and other reporting tools to perform business analysis to support data calls and requests for information.
  • Supporting initiatives and ad hoc requests from Sector and Corporate leadership.
  • Ensuring that the contracts professionals in AS have the resources and support required for success.
  • Training for the Sector and Division contracts organizations.
