About The Position

This Global Technology & Solutions (GTS) Internship functions as a Business Management Analyst (BMA) Intern. GTS is offering in-person Internship opportunities in Mount Laurel, NJ. Candidates will be required to be in-office up to 4 days a week. Interns assist designated department management and staff in performing assigned tasks under direct or general supervision. Exemplifies the TD Bank Culture and Customer Service Philosophy.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• Currently enrolled in 4 year college program
• Graduation date of May 2028 preferred
• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Entry Level position, no work experience required
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated leadership qualities
• Good written and oral communications skills
• Detail oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in an office environment

Nice To Haves

• Some knowledge in Power BI and/or document business/data processes preferred
• Strong Analytical & Data Hygiene, Process Orientation & Documentation, Comfort With Technical Tools & Shared Repositories preferred
• 3.2 GPA or higher preferred

Responsibilities

• Builds an understanding of the businesses and Customers the role supports
• May answer and direct incoming calls internally and externally
• Provides support for Manager and others areas, as indicated
• May assist in completing various departmental projects/reports
• Assists with operational and administrative functions
• Performs diversified clerical duties as assigned
• May support or partner with several business functions/areas/departments
• Participates in various projects and tasks, as assigned
