This internship is designed to provide you with valuable hands-on experience and exposure to different Business disciplines, including but not limited to: Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, Sales, And more!

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team. Responsibilities include quoting design changes and prototype orders to the OEM; help with large customer recoveries (tooling, expedited freight), work in internal systems to track quoted prices vs PO prices and identify/help resolve issues, work on new business quotes based on current customer activity.
  • Research global political, economic, sociological, technological, environmental and legal factors that could impact the company.
  • Perform customer account reconciliations and present clearing proposals to next level management.
  • Contact potential vendors to get the minimum information needed to set up the new vendors within YAZAKI system.
  • Analyze diversity data to help determine improvement areas.
  • Be involved in creating daily market brief (analyzing data and creating a proposal).
