Business Litigation/Financial Services/General Liability Attorney
About The Position
Klinedinst is seeking an attorney with at least two years of experience in general litigation (GL), business litigation, and/or financial services to join our office in San Diego, CA with the opportunity to handle matters throughout the state. Candidates must be California licensed with strong academic credentials and a passion for advocacy, ready to find creative legal solutions for clients. The ideal candidate will take on responsibility, independently handle cases, analyze/research complex issues, structure discovery plans, take and defend depositions, manage document-intensive cases, draft dispositive motions, and prepare for trial. Experience representing clients in the financial industry is a plus. Success in this position requires a solid work ethic, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to teamwork.
