Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience in lending field, workflow organization and processing procedures.
Comprehensive knowledge of commercial and business lending with completion of formal commercial loan analysis education on the evaluation of financial statements and tax returns, or prior work experience.

Responsibilities

Review newly submitted commercial loan applications for completeness.
Prepare “needs list” for missing information and documentation.
Obtain required financials for consideration of Member Business Loan requests.
Analyze the credit request by performing appropriate financial analysis, as per policies and procedures.
Prepare credit presentation for decision.
Request quotes for appraisals and environmental reports.
Obtain personal and business credit reports.
Check for UCC filings using appropriate searches.
Obtain necessary verifications including employment, proof of funds and loans.
Ensure compliance with all policies, regulations and laws in fulfilling all aspects of job responsibilities.
Maintain files in electronic and hard copy formats.
Perform other duties as assigned by manager or as needed.
