About The Position

Interns will have the chance to work directly with our team, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to daily operations in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a junior in a bachelor’s degree program in Business or a related field.
• Strong computer skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Microsoft 365, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Contracts, Procurement and Subcontracts department.
• Prepares routine correspondence, data reports and standardized documents.
• May assist in the procurement process of supplies, equipment, hardware, software and other materials.
• Applies policies, procedures, business principles and authority set forth in applicable manuals, regulations and other directives when completing tasks.
• Conducts a variety of research using various sources in support of Company projects and presents results in written or verbal format, as requested.
• Performs a variety of tasks such as sorting, data entry, filing in support of program/project management and proposal activity to enhance operating efficiency.
