About The Position

This is an on-site internship role at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) within the Management and Operation Group of the Environmental Molecular Sciences Division. The intern will specifically support the User Program Services Team. Day-to-day activities will include administrative and project coordination for the Environmental Molecular Sciences Laboratory (EMSL), a Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Science National User Facility. The ideal candidate will be pursuing an administrative, business, or project management degree and have an interest in fundamental science. This position is funded for 20 hours per week during the school year, with the potential for additional hours during breaks and the summer.

Requirements

  • High school diploma /GED or higher
  • Degree-seeking undergraduate student enrolled at an accredited college or university
  • Taking at least 6 credit hours
  • Overall cumulative GPA of 2.50
