About The Position

Business Intelligence Process Analyst Fike Corporation, a rapidly growing international manufacturer of pressure relief, explosion protection, fire suppression and detection equipment, has an opportunity for a Business Intelligence Process Analyst position. Fike is a privately held business located in Blue Springs, MO with over 400 employees locally & over 1,200 employees worldwide. The Business Intelligence Process Analyst will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, leveraging structured methodologies to translate business requirements into actionable data solutions. The incumbent in this role must have a strong understanding of process optimization, data analytics, and IT systems, and can drive the standardization and implementation of scalable Business Intelligence processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Five years or more of experience in business intelligence, business analysis, or process improvement roles.
  • Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
  • Strong knowledge of process modeling methodologies (e.g., BPMN, Six Sigma, Lean).
  • Cross-functional project management experience for small to mid-sized initiatives.
  • Familiarity with BI tools and platforms (e.g., SFDC, CRMA, Tableau, SQL, Snowflake, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Works closely with business units to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for BI initiatives.
  • Translates business needs into functional requirements and user stories for technical teams.
  • Develops and maintains standardized processes and documentation for BI workflows, data collection, and reporting.
  • Collaborates with IT and data architect teams to ensure requirements are technically feasible and align with the overall data architecture.
  • Facilitates process mapping sessions and recommends improvements for operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
  • Leads small to mid-size projects in support of BI initiatives
  • Facilitations of meetings with cross functional teams
  • Promotes and enforces BI governance, quality standards, and best practices across departments.
  • Provides training and support to end-users on standardized BI tools and processes.
  • Acts as a change agent, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data literacy.
  • Maintains confidentiality of all information processed.
  • Performs related duties as assigned.
