About The Position
The Senior Manager of Business Intelligence (BI) leads the development, strategy, and delivery of data analytics solutions, bridging the gap between technical teams and executive leadership to drive actionable business insights. They manage BI teams, data architecture, and visualization tools. This position will report to the Senior Director of Business Intelligence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field
- Proven track record of delivering business intelligence solutions that drive business value
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes
- Strong SQL & MQL skills, Python is a bonus
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the business intelligence strategy to drive business growth and improvement
- Coach and influence other business intelligence team members and adjacent business analysts while aligning partners and stakeholders to achieve organizational goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
- Design and implement data governance policies and procedures
- Oversee the development and maintenance of business intelligence tools and platforms, specifically utilizing Oracle, ProCore, Workday & Enterprise Data Warehouse structures
