Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field preferred.
  • 3–6+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, sales analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy or similar).
  • Experience building dashboards, reporting frameworks, and data models.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, lead initiatives, and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a continuous improvement mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce), ERP platforms, and analytics tools (Alteryx, Anaplan or similar) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and standardize local reporting frameworks, transitioning legacy reporting into scalable, consistent dashboards and scorecards.
  • Develop and oversee reporting across sales performance, depletion trends, margins, product mix, and key business KPIs.
  • Analyze sales and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that impact performance.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all systems and reporting platforms.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance reporting efficiency and business performance.
  • Deliver insights into customer performance, portfolio mix, and supplier opportunities to support commercial decision-making.
  • Partner with Sales, Portfolio Managers, and leadership to support pricing strategies, promotional effectiveness, and growth initiatives.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure reporting aligns with business objectives and supports key account and market strategies.
  • Lead development and adoption of business intelligence tools and Sales Operations platforms across the organization.
  • Train and support team members in reporting tools, dashboards, and data-utilization best practices.
  • Develop and maintain training materials to improve reporting literacy and adoption across teams.
  • Support strategic planning initiatives through data-driven insights and performance analysis.
  • Present reporting, insights, and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, operations, and analytics teams to drive alignment and execution.
