Business Intelligence Engineer

The Business Intelligence Engineer will join KeyMe's Data & Analytics team to analyze large volumes of data generated from robotic kiosks and customer interactions. They will share insights with various business units, including senior leadership, to improve access to accurate and actionable information. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to KeyMe's mission of revolutionizing lockout solutions and providing unrivaled service quality in the locksmith industry.

• Analyze large volumes of data generated from robotic kiosks and customer interactions
• Share insights from data analysis with business units including senior leadership, operations, sales, and product development
• Improve access to accurate and actionable data
• Collaborate with Chief Data Officer, CEO, CFO, CTO, and other senior leaders
• Contribute to the growth of the Data & Analytics team
• Use business intelligence tools and techniques to extract meaningful information from data
• Provide recommendations based on data analysis
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in business intelligence technology
