About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Intelligence Data Scientist to support the Client, Account, and Financial data domains within Wealth Management. This role will be responsible for driving data intelligence, business insights, and analytical solutions that enable strategic decision-making across numerous large-scale enterprise initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical and technical expertise with business acumen to transform complex data into actionable insights. This individual will partner closely with business stakeholders, data management teams, technology organizations, and executive leadership to improve data quality, optimize reporting capabilities, and support data-driven transformation programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Science, or related analytical roles.
  • Experience working with Client, Account, Financial, or Wealth Management data domains within financial services.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience querying large enterprise datasets.
  • Experience with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense.
  • Experience with analytical and programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and enterprise reporting concepts.
  • Proven ability to synthesize complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver advanced analytical solutions, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to support Wealth Management strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze large and complex datasets across Client, Account, and Financial domains to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and business insights.
  • Design and implement scalable business intelligence models and self-service reporting solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into analytical use cases, metrics, and actionable recommendations.
  • Support enterprise-wide data transformation and modernization initiatives impacting Wealth Management platforms and processes.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to establish data-driven approaches for strategic programs, operational efficiency, and business growth.
  • Provide analytical support for regulatory, operational, client experience, and financial reporting initiatives.
  • Assist leadership with scenario analysis, forecasting, and performance measurement.
  • Collaborate with Data Governance, Data Engineering, and Technology teams to improve data quality, lineage, consistency, and usability.
  • Identify data gaps, anomalies, and integrity issues while recommending remediation strategies.
  • Contribute to data standards, metadata management, and master data initiatives across key domains.
  • Support governance frameworks and controls to ensure compliance with enterprise data policies.
  • Create executive-level dashboards and visualizations using BI tools to communicate insights effectively.
  • Automate recurring reports and streamline analytical processes for increased operational efficiency.
  • Present findings and recommendations to business stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business partners across Wealth Management, Finance, Operations, Risk, and Technology.
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions to gather requirements and align analytical solutions with business objectives.
  • Communicate complex analytical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
