Business Intelligence Communications Specialist
About The Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Communication Specialist to support a premier law enforcement agency. This role plays a critical part in driving the client's internal IT Business Intelligence (ITBI) communications and elevating data storytelling across the organization. Specifically, the communications specialist would be responsible for developing and managing internal communications, newsletters, and the program's SharePoint content. They will also conduct and translate complex analyses into clear, compelling messaging for diverse audiences, draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), guides, and other instructional materials, and support stakeholder engagement and data calls. Additionally, the role involves developing materials to market ITBI’s services and products, maintaining the program's intranet web presence, and ensuring consistent branding, tone, and structure across all ITBI communications.
Requirements
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance
- Associate's degree minimum education or eight years of overall work experience may be substituted in lieu of.
- Five (5)+ years of overall work experience.
- Experience in communications, IT Business Intelligence and data storytelling.
- US Citizenship is contractually required.

- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in PowerPoint development, executive‑level presentations, and drafting clear, concise briefs and written communications.
Responsibilities
