Deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency through digital transformation and process automation; enhance data-driven decision-making using role-based advanced analytics and business intelligence; support regulatory compliance and adherence to federal human capital management policies; facilitate seamless integration of IT systems and workforce planning tools; optimize service delivery through performance-based outcomes and SLAs. Analytics Consulting & Business Needs Analysis: Conduct systematic analysis of business needs across NSF divisions and directorates, including stakeholder interviews and process mapping. Translate those needs into flexible, role-based analytics solutions (dashboards, reports, data products) that support executive, managerial, and operational decision-making. The ProSidian Engagement Team shall advise on prioritization of analytics initiatives, change management, and user adoption to ensure analytics capabilities are used and sustained.

Requirements

Bachelor’s in IT/Data; certifications preferred. 8+ years BI architecture and federal analytics experience.
Primarily focused on Management and Financial Consulting, Acquisition and Grants Management Support, and Business Program and Project Management Services initiatives and aligned with Program Support activities Data Management & Business Intelligence - Analytics Consulting & Business Needs Analysis Functional Area Activities.
Data modeling, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), architecture design
Analytical thinking, leadership, technical design
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills for effective team management.
