Requirements

Business Process Analysis: Knowledge of business processes and the ability to analyze, document, and improve operational workflows.
Business Data Analysis: Ability to collect, evaluate, interpret, and translate business data into actionable insights and recommendations.
SAP ECC Knowledge: Experience supporting business processes and reporting solutions within SAP ECC environments.
Data & Analytics Platforms: Experience working with Snowflake, enterprise data warehouses, and modern analytics solutions.
Application Development & Support: Knowledge of business applications and the ability to support solution design, testing, implementation, and continuous improvement.
Business Assessment: Ability to evaluate business opportunities, determine solution feasibility, and assess associated benefits and risks.
Communication & Collaboration: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
Accuracy & Attention to Detail: Ability to deliver high-quality solutions while maintaining strong focus on data integrity and business requirements.

Responsibilities

Analyze and document SAP ECC business processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement and automation.
Develop and maintain business intelligence, analytics, and application solutions using enterprise data platforms, including Snowflake.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define business rules, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Support enterprise reporting and analytics initiatives by ensuring accurate, trusted, and well-governed data solutions.
Partner with IT teams, process owners, and business leaders to improve data accessibility, usability, and decision support capabilities.
Contribute to data governance, business definitions, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Enable self-service access to information through intuitive reporting, applications, and business-focused analytic solutions.
Support business process modernization efforts and drive adoption of new technologies and digital capabilities.
Provide technical and functional expertise across multiple business domains while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and best practices.
