The Business Intelligence and Analytics Lead is a critical role within the Media team, responsible for leading a team of Business Intelligence Analysts and driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, analytical skills, and leadership abilities to effectively manage data sourcing, analysis, reporting, and integration efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business intelligence principles, data warehousing concepts, and experience working with BI tools. The Media Sciences team leads the transformation of Citi’s media investment and measurement, while delivering positive return on marketing investment and future-proofing our business. The team works in close partnership with US and Global Digital Media, Analytics, Acquisitions, Advertising and Product Management teams.
