Analyze business data, generate reports, and create compelling data visualizations using business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau. Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Lead and design the data integration processes, ensuring data consistency and reliability. Work with external vendors and internal technology teams to navigate data landscape and regulations, sharing agreements, and integrate data from multiple data sources into a centralized data warehouse or reporting environment. Partner with business stakeholders and identify business reporting requirements and business questions from marketing stakeholders and transform them into key metrics and measurement outputs. Ensure data quality and accuracy. Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions. Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, and provide recommendations for advanced analytics to sharpen business decisioning. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of business intelligence analysts, ensuring the successful development and implementation of measurement tools. Oversee day-to-day reporting and deliverables, foster a culture of continuous learning, and ensure high performance and career growth for team members. Cultivate and lead strategic relationships with key data and media vendors, keeping abreast of latest features and capabilities of BI tools and platforms Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from data collection, data structure and framework, QA, resource and timeline management and deployment. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes, tools and analyses. Experience in commercialization and go-to-market for analytics project is a plus.
