Business Intelligence Analysts
About The Position
Business Intelligence Analysts are responsible for consulting with stakeholders to gather and confirm business and systems requirements for software. They develop and deploy solutions to client user groups, update the design and functionality of software, and perform KPI definition and dashboard development. This role also involves maintaining the deployment, monitoring, development, upgrade, and support of BI/EDW systems, including data architecture, data integration, and security. Analysts will ensure the accuracy of data presented to BI users through validation, processes, and QA testing, and ensure software practices conform to established standards. Additionally, they will educate stakeholders on business intelligence reporting software capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- 3 years of experience with BI/analytics/ETL required.
- 3 years with Business requirements analysis
- 3 years with KPI definition and dashboard development
- 3 years with Data validation and quality assurance
- 3 years with SQL Server
- 3 years with Oracle
- 3 years with MySQL
- 3 years with SQL & Python scripting
- 3 years developing dynamic dashboards and reports in Microsoft Power BI & Tableau
- 3 years with CI/CD: GitHub, Azure DevOps
- Experience must include requirements gathering
- Experience must include design of dashboard
- Experience must include Sprint planning, backlog grooming, user stories, and retrospectives
- Experience must include JIRA
- Experience must include Confluence
- Experience must include Microsoft Teams
- Experience must include Git
- Experience must include Trello
Responsibilities
