About The Position

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our growing team. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will work with business and technical teams to collect, analyze, and visualize data, helping stakeholders make informed decisions through dashboards, reports, and data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions, Pivot Tables, Charts)
• SQL (Joins, Aggregations, Filtering, Basic Query Writing)
• Power BI or Tableau
• Basic understanding of databases
• Data Visualization principles
• Data Cleaning and Validation
• Basic knowledge of Statistics
