About The Position

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst for JBS Beef USA that reports onsite to the corporate office in Greeley, Colorado. This role involves providing accurate, timely, and insightful information and analytics to the business utilizing Business Intelligence solutions. The analyst will develop and manage dashboards using the Qlik platform to address business problem statements, present technical data to non-technical audiences, and communicate directly with JBS Beef USA business leadership to scope problem statements and provide project updates. The position also requires identifying development needs for streamlining operations, leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance efficiency, and collaborating with JBS IT on reporting solutions. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Analytics, Agribusiness, MIS, Computer Science or relevant field
• 1 year of experience in relevant role
• Must have development experience in QlikView, Qlik Sense, or relevant business intelligence software
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel required
• Strong communication and presenting skills required
• Experience deriving insights and trends from a data set
• Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
• Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Willing and able to travel as business needs dictate

Nice To Haves

• Meat industry experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, timely, and insightful information and analytics to the business utilizing Business Intelligence solutions.
• Develop and manage dashboards utilizing Qlik platform to provide solutions to problem statements established by the business.
• Present technical data to a non-technical audience and be able to provide insights on data to business leaders.
• Communicate directly with JBS Beef USA business leadership to scope problem statements, provide estimated timelines for solution builds and routine updates throughout project build.
• Identify the development needs for the purpose of streamlining and improving the operations of the organization for efficiency and profitability.
• Leverage AI-powered tools such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and other AI solutions to improve analysis efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and accelerate reporting development.
• Collaborate with JBS IT while designing new reporting solutions, automating current reporting solutions or trouble shooting report issues.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Base salary range of $85,000-$95,000
