About The Position

In this role, you will analyze data to provide actionable insights that help drive key business decisions. You will work closely with business units to understand their data needs and deliver reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes, data analysis techniques, and BI tools to support data-driven decision-making within the organization.

2+ Years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field
Proficiency in BI tools and platforms such as Power BI, SSRS, and Snowflake
Strong knowledge in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Solid understanding of data analysis and reporting techniques, including data visualization best practices.
Experience with Excel, including functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and basic statistical analysis.

Nice To Haves

Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling.
Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques (e.g., regression analysis, forecasting).
Experience working with large datasets and knowledge of data governance best practices.
Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R is a plus

Responsibilities

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.
Design, develop, and maintain custom dashboards, reports, and interactive visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Provide regular and ad-hoc business performance reports to leadership and stakeholders.
Utilize BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView) to create interactive reports and dashboards.
Collaborate with business teams to understand their reporting requirements and create tailored BI solutions.
Generate ad-hoc reports and insights as requested by leadership or other departments.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness by monitoring data sources and recommending improvements.
Maintain and optimize data models and structures to support efficient reporting and analysis.
Work closely with IT and data teams to improve data collection and data quality standards.
Communicate findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in an easy-to-understand manner.
Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business performance.
Support cross-functional teams in making data-driven decisions based on BI insights.
