About The Position

Ampcus Inc. is a certified global provider of a broad range of Technology and Business consulting services. We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented Team. This is a hands-on BI Reporting Analyst role with strong analytical skills and proficiency in modern BI tools. The candidate will be responsible for building interactive dashboards, generating reports, and leveraging Sigma Computing to empower stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Data Analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Tableau / Sigma Computing
• Excellent analytical skills – ability to reason with data and identify root causes.
• Experience with data visualization best practices and storytelling with data.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards in Tableau to track business KPIs and operational outcomes.
• Write complex queries and build data models using Sigma Computing to support self-service analytics.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and clinical teams to understand reporting needs and deliver ad-hoc analyses.
• Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports and dashboards.
