vAuto, the Inventory Management Solution within Cox Automotive, helps thousands of dealers nationwide manage their inventory, pricing, and merchandising decisions through data-driven software. Our Business Intelligence team plays a critical, customer-facing role in turning that data into clear insights dealers can act on every day. AI is central to how we work: we lean on AI heavily for product discovery and rapid prototyping so we can move faster from customer conversation to working concept, and we’re continually exploring how AI can enhance the analytics experience we deliver to dealers. As a Business Intelligence Analyst II at vAuto, you’ll play a key customer-facing role in helping dealers unlock the value of their data. Your primary focus will be building dashboards and reports that vAuto customers rely on to run their business, while developing a deep understanding of the data models that feed those reports so you can effectively communicate with dealers about their needs. You’ll partner directly with customers to translate their questions into clear, actionable insights, and you’ll use AI heavily for product discovery and rapid prototyping, accelerating how quickly we can go from a dealer question to a working dashboard concept. You’ll take on additional duties as assigned, contributing to our team’s overall effectiveness.
