About The Position

In this role, you will work where execution meets impact—optimizing critical processes and ensuring that our technical integrations support both customer expectations and operational performance. You will help define the right setup for our colleagues and ensure that solutions are built to work in reality—enabling consistent service delivery and supporting the ongoing success of our customers. In this role, you will work closely with global stakeholders and play an active part in strengthening and developing our customer solutions together with IT and commercial teams. This means not only meeting customer requirements but also ensuring that our operations can execute with clarity, efficiency, and scalability. Requirements

  • System Savvy: Hands-on experience with key Supply Chain systems, allowing you to quickly understand and contribute to our operational technology stack.
  • Integration Expertise: A deep interest in how systems interact, especially through EDI/API, and the ability to work with technical teams to ensure reliable data flow.
  • Project Leadership: A proven ability to manage projects and stakeholders effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on time while keeping everyone informed and aligned.
  • Strategic Vision: The ability to see the bigger picture, using a strategic lens to prioritize your time and projects for the greatest business impact.
  • A Drive for Improvement: A passion for making things better, with knowledge of process optimization and governance to help us build more efficient and scalable solutions.
  • Clear Communication: Flawless English communication skills that enable you to build relationships and articulate complex ideas to any audience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the business part of EDI implementation for Global Accounts
  • Deliver road map initiatives and scalable Business Integrations
  • Take ownership of complex, business-critical integration projects.
  • Work across regions, engaging directly with global stakeholders and key customers to ensure alignment and clear execution.
  • Represent global interests and drive integrations with close coordination between local and regional teams to support this.
  • Ensure that our integration solutions are scalable, fit-for-purpose, and support our customers’ future setup with DSV.
  • Own your deliveries, pushing projects forward, and contributing actively to our enterprise agenda.
  • Operate where decisions matter, and where execution makes the difference.
  • Guide and drive global business integration initiatives.
  • Identify & align the commercial & business needs and combine with IT requirements and define the optimal set-up, for both our clients & our operations.
