About The Position

The NA Business Integration Capabilities Analyst plays a critical role in driving process and reporting excellence around Code, Samples, and business performance for the geography. The role uses tools, AI, artifacts, and systems to improve processes and support key operating rhythms. It serves as a key resource for geography-wide Code and Samples processes and tools, supporting process improvement, analysis, reporting, and operational effectiveness in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The position reports to the NA Business Integration Code Director and works closely with the NA BI Code team and NA Samples Operations team. It supports Code calendar evolution and administration, reporting and dashboard capabilities, Samples Operations, continuous improvement, and cross-functional alignment and change management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, merchandising, analytics, or a related field; a suitable combination of education, experience, and training will also be accepted.
• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the evolution, efficiency, and effectiveness of the Code calendar.
• Support the evolution of reporting, dashboard, and AI capabilities.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across core accountabilities.
• Support Code calendar and events administration through process, tools, and logistics management.
• Enable Samples Operations effectiveness through process, tools, and hands-on support.
• Connect Code, Samples, and Business teams to drive alignment and execution.
• Build trusted relationships with key partners and provide thought leadership through process and business understanding.
• Support change management and communication efforts for new initiatives and processes.
• Use tools, AI, artifacts, and systems to improve processes and support key operating rhythms.
