Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year in insurance sales (commercial insurance preferred)
- Active California Property & Casualty License
- Entrepreneurial drive to develop a book of business
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and responsive
- Commitment to superior client service and business growth
Responsibilities
- Partner with district agents to identify, market, and write new commercial policies
- Assist agents in the quoting and binding process for business clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients
- Conduct outreach and networking to generate leads
- Deliver proactive service for long-term client retention
- Support day-to-day operations, including quoting, policy reviews, and cross-selling
