  • Comfort working with large datasets.
  • Interest in inventory and supply chain planning concepts.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized, with eagerness to learn new systems.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with finance, supply chain, and marketing teams.
  • Strong communication skills to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, multi-channel ecommerce, NetSuite, or similar ERP and inventory tools.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in building and maintaining revenue and unit forecasts across web, Amazon, and wholesale/retail using historical sales, market trends, and other inputs.
  • Help adjust forecasts for seasonality, promotions, product launches, and demand shifts, and track forecast accuracy against actuals.
  • Support marketing in connecting advertising spend and campaign performance to revenue growth across channels.
  • Assist with market sizing for new markets, categories, and products, and identify cross-channel trends and opportunities.
  • Analyze Amazon ASIN performance, including sales, sessions, conversion rate, Buy Box share, rankings, and reviews, to identify winners, underperformers, and opportunities.
  • Monitor Amazon FBA and inbound inventory levels, weeks of cover, restock limits, and stranded or aged inventory, and flag stockout or overstock risks.
  • Support Amazon replenishment and shipment planning based on sales velocity and upcoming promotions or seasonal peaks.
  • Analyze Amazon advertising performance, including ACoS, TACoS, and ROAS, and its impact on organic sales.
  • Build and maintain recurring Amazon performance reports using Seller Central, Brand Analytics, and related tools.
  • Monitor real-time sales and inventory positions across channels and flag risks to help avoid stockouts.
  • Translate demand forecasts into inventory planning and reorder recommendations.
  • Support rollout of a new inventory management platform by cleaning and migrating SKU and item data, validating data against NetSuite and channel sources, and testing integrations.
  • Document new processes and support teammates as they learn the platform.
  • Assist in automating forecasting and inventory data flows to reduce manual reporting work.
  • Build reports and dashboards on inventory health and key metrics.

  • High visibility into cross-functional decision-making across finance, supply chain, and marketing.
  • Mentorship and a collaborative, creative team culture.
  • Flexible, paid, hybrid work environment.
