About The Position

We're looking for a Business Intelligence & Insights Analyst to join our DAI team, a unique role where you'll leverage cutting-edge technologies to deliver strategic tools and solutions that drive Affinity business growth. Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
  • 0-5 years of experience
  • Bilingual in English and French (required)
  • Knowledge of SQL and Python
  • Strong analytical curiosity and attention to detail, especially for quality control and data validation
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to explain findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Developing critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Comfortable learning, asking questions, and working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Shiny/Posit) is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Support the design and maintenance of intuitive dashboards and tools that provide a clear view of the Affinity market and help inform business decisions.
  • Contribute to self-serve applications and reporting solutions that help partners better understand member needs, satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
  • Build exploratory analysis to identify trends, assess business questions, and support recommendations.
  • Work with cross-functional teams across marketing, analytics, and partner strategy to support practical business solutions.
  • Help colleagues and partners understand analytical results and the value of data in supporting business decisions.
  • Support data integrity and accuracy by applying validation methods, documenting work clearly, and flagging data quality issues.
  • Build and share knowledge of business intelligence, data storytelling, and analytical best practices.
  • Learn from experienced team members and contribute to a collaborative team culture by sharing ideas.
