This role is responsible for aligning curriculum with Career & Technical Education (CTE) standards, coordinating dual enrollment opportunities with college partners, and integrating academic, technical, and employability skills. The manager supports student success by overseeing academic progress, coordinating support services, and maintaining consistent communication with parents and guardians. In collaboration with teachers, counselors, and industry partners, the role facilitates work-based learning experiences, promotes industry certifications, and ensures students are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving workforce.
