The Information Architecture, Intelligence & Analytics (IAIA) team, part of Genetec's Offerings & Transformation department, manages major IT transformation projects. IAIA is responsible for designing and managing data architecture and warehousing solutions, analyzing and interpreting data for insights, and developing BI solutions—including dashboards, reports, KPIs, and data models—to transform raw data into actionable intelligence for strategic and operational decision-making. The goal of the Business Information Architect is to define the overall structure, standards, and integration of data systems to ensure that data is organized, accessible, and aligned with business needs. The Genetec Offerings & Transformation team aims to enable higher quality operational readiness and support throughout the enterprise and continuously strengthen Genetec’s position as a leader through investment in technology, talent, and business transformation initiatives. Genetec is seeking an experienced Information Analyst to join this dynamic and growing team. In this critical role, the successful candidate will bridge the gap between business objectives and technology capabilities by gathering and documenting business Information requirements from stakeholders, translating these into technical specifications, and liaising with the Digital Information department to ensure alignment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both business analysis and information analysis, with a strong ability to dissect complex data, recognize trends, and communicate impactful insights clearly and concisely. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen understanding of both business needs and IT capabilities are essential.
