The Business Information Analyst II - Pharmacy, Compliance and Operations Reporting is part of the Pharmacy Compliance and Operations Reporting (COPR) team and is responsible for developing reporting and analytics solutions that support pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, and business decision-making. This role improves reporting processes and delivers meaningful insights to stakeholders. It works collaboratively with stakeholders to develop automated reporting solutions, create and enhance business intelligence dashboards, validate complex healthcare data, and support ongoing reporting needs across the pharmacy compliance and pharmacy operations organizations. The analyst creates and maintains databases to track business performance, analyzes data and summarizes performance using summary statistical procedures, and develops and analyzes business performance reports (e.g. for claims data, provider data, utilization data) and provides notations of performance deviations and anomalies. The role also involves creating and publishing periodic reports, making necessary recommendations, and developing ad hoc reports as needed. The analyst takes a business issue and devises the best way to develop appropriate diagnostic and/or tracking data that will translate business requirements into usable decision support tools.
