About The Position
Our New York office is looking for a Business Immigration associate with five to ten years of experience. The associate will have extensive client contact with a bluechip list of companies, and will lead several client teams in servicing these significant clients. Interested candidates would have the opportunity to broaden their practice with a premier immigration team. In accordance with firm policy, employees are expected to work in the office at least three days per week.
Requirements
- Five to ten years of experience
- Prior experience with H-1Bs, L-1s, O-1s, TNs, E-3s, E-2s, I-140s (EB-1 and EB-2/3) and adjustment of status
Nice To Haves
- Experience in drafting PERMs
