Palmetto GBA is one of the nation’s largest providers of high-volume claims and transaction processing, contact center operations, and technical services to the federal government and other commercial customers. Our core business is providing services to CMS Medicare beneficiaries, providers, and health plans. Medicare Tech Support is responsible for providing testing for CMS (Medicare) release changes for the MCS (Part B)/FISS (Part A) throughout the year. We also research production issues and assist operational areas with reporting issues for correction. The culture of the team is positive and supportive of each other and collaborate well with other departments. It’s a group of very knowledgeable and hardworking individuals. This is a full time and remote position (40 hours a week Monday-Friday working normal business hours in EST Time Zone).
