About The Position

The BHC Enablement & Capability Lead plays a critical role in strengthening the effectiveness of the Business Human Capital (BHC) organization by driving execution, improving operating rhythms, and enabling consistency across the HRBP community. This role translates leadership priorities into actionable plans, coordinates cross-functional initiatives, and serves as a key connector between BHC, Human Capital Centers of Expertise, and other Human Capital partners. The individual will evaluate and improve how work moves through the organization, establish sustainable processes and governance, and help advance the capabilities, tools, and resources that support HRBP effectiveness. This is a highly visible individual contributor role that requires strong influence, strategic thinking, and execution skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required in Human Resources, organizational development, business, operations, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Eight or more years of experience in Human Capital, business operations, program management, consulting, organizational effectiveness, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience translating priorities into coordinated execution across multiple stakeholders and taking process or workflow improvements from design through adoption.
  • Experience preparing senior leaders for significant meetings, decisions, or enterprise engagements and influencing across teams without formal authority.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in an HRBP, Human Capital operations, organizational effectiveness, talent, or enterprise enablement environment preferred.
  • Project management, change management, process improvement, organizational development certification, or an advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Strengthen how Business Human Capital operates by translating priorities into coordinated plans, establishing effective operating routines, and carrying work through execution.
  • Manage BHC leadership cadences, synthesizes information and requirements from Human Capital Centers of Expertise, clarifies ownership and dependencies, and serves as a primary liaison between BHC and partners across Human Capital.
  • Evaluate how work moves through BHC, identifies breakdowns or unnecessary friction, and designs practical workflows, decision rights, tools, and handoffs that improve consistency and execution.
  • Prepare the BHC leadership team for key engagements, decisions, and enterprise activities through integrated materials, briefing content, and clear follow-through mechanisms.
  • In partnership with HR for HR, the role helps identify and address shared capability needs across the HRBP community and develops the appropriate forums and cadence to activate them.
