About The Position

The Business Financial Analyst will conduct complex financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting, contributing to monthly results review and analysis for an assigned line of business. This role provides critical financial insights to support business leaders in achieving revenue, profitability, and strategic objectives. The analyst will prepare executive-level reporting, assist business unit managers in understanding their financial performance, and oversee financial data integrity and continuous process improvement related to data accuracy. Additionally, the role involves monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), responding to routine financial inquiries, and supporting automation initiatives and system enhancements.

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 2 to 5 years of finance, accounting, or analytical experience
  • Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to lead multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing senior executives and building relationships across departments.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite) and reporting tools (Power BI, OneStream) is preferred.

Responsibilities
