About The Position

Candidate must reside in Iowa and hold a valid Drivers License for at least 1 year (post permit) and clean driving record that meets Sevita's insurability policy due to travel at least once a year. As a Business Finance Analyst, you'll work alongside an experienced finance team to support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and operational analysis. You'll gain hands-on experience while helping leaders make informed business decisions across the organization.

Requirements

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred
1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, business analysis, or a related field
Valid Driver's License with proof of insurance
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and lookup functions
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills

Nice To Haves

Experience in healthcare or human services is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses
Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Assist with annual budgeting and monthly forecasting
Build and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel and other financial systems
Partner with operational leaders to explain financial results and support decision-making
Participate in process improvement initiatives and special projects
