About The Position

Supports one or more line of business initiatives to understand, analyze, develop and implement key line of business solutions that will drive business objectives. Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering customer focus and appropriate risk management practices to customers and/or internal partners. Understands the business problem, identifies complex issues and prepares and executes a planned approach for one or more line of business initiatives. Defines and obtains data collection, research and reporting activities for assigned line of business initiatives. Conducts research, analyzes and recommends solutions for key initiatives. Works with key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergy. Serves as subject matter resource and advocate that understands and implements best practices and learning plans to meet business objectives. Requirements

  • University / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
