As a Business Execution & Planning Manager Sr within PNC's Business Experience & Planning organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh PA, Dallas TX, Birmingham, AL, Phoenix, AZ or Denver CO. The Business Exp & Planning Manager Sr leads cross-functional efforts to enhance business planning methodologies and drive execution of key line-of-business strategies. This role is responsible for defining strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across the organization, and delivering measurable business outcomes while upholding strong customer focus, leadership standards, and risk management practices. Manages and leads portfolio managers to ensure success in the execution of organizational portfolios in support of corporate strategy. Manages and assesses the development and approval process for strategic initiative governance for assigned portfolios. Monitors the development and review of analysis and reporting information related to key strategic portfolio milestones. Oversight and accountability for the overall portfolio budget while working to ensure success of the portfolio. Coaches and develops portfolio managers. Works across multi-disciplinary functions, and manages vender relationships to ensure success of the portfolio. Consults with project and program managers/teams as needed.
