We’re seeking a Business Excellence Manager to own the site’s operational excellence roadmap and embed a culture of continuous improvement, digital maturity, and Lean leadership. This role involves partnering with the Site Director to execute strategic priorities, leading transformation initiatives that deliver measurable impact on cost, quality, and throughput, and deploying Lean Six Sigma and structured problem-solving across value streams. The manager will also drive digital adoption, KPI visibility, and automation for smarter decisions, and build a high-performance culture through coaching and change management.
