About The Position

Drive enterprise-wide performance and transformation by leading end-to-end process improvements, enabling operational excellence, and partnering with leadership to deliver measurable business impact. Your role: Lead transformation strategy for the business, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs), prioritizing initiatives, and driving measurable improvements across processes, systems, data, and teams. Partner with Business Unit, Region, and Function leadership to embed a culture of performance management, continuous improvement, and agile ways of working. Operationalize strategic initiatives (including Hoshin planning), ensuring successful execution and sustained impact across the organization. Build and scale excellence capabilities (e.g., Lean, Agile, project and process management), including coaching leaders, facilitating Kaizen events, and driving capability development. Develop and execute a roadmap for business excellence, leveraging benchmarking, best practices, and collaboration with enterprise teams and internal learning organizations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in project management, change management, operations, or a related field
  • Experience as a business partner to senior leadership is strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting or operating within Private Equity–backed organizations, with exposure to value creation initiatives, cost optimization, and accelerated transformation efforts
  • Skills include driving operational excellence within MedTech or regulated environments, with experience in process standardization, KPI management, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional transformation initiatives
  • Strategic and analytical leader with strong communication skills, able to influence across all levels, lead change, and drive measurable results in complex, matrixed organizations
  • Must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
