The Business Engagement Specialist is responsible for ensuring the health, wellness, and safety of individuals by providing appropriate supervision and managing crisis situations in accordance with policies, procedures, and regulations. This role involves researching and building relationships with prospective employers to create employment opportunities for YAI's employment training participants.
