About The Position

The Business Enablement Lead, SAP S/4HANA Program is responsible for coordinating and executing business enablement activities that prepare Watts employees for successful adoption of SAP S/4HANA and standardized business processes. This role leads training, learning platforms, deployment coordination, and enablement reporting, partnering with ERP Program leadership, functional teams, business process owners, site leadership, and Organizational Change Management to ensure enablement activities are executed consistently across each deployment wave. This role focuses on the execution, coordination, and continuous improvement of business enablement processes, ensuring the training, learning, and deployment activities required for successful SAP implementations are delivered on time and with quality while supporting long-term business adoption. This position is responsible for supervision of a direct report and may provide work direction to indirect resources supporting business enablement initiatives. This position reports to the Global ERP Director. This role is hybrid and based in North Andover, MA.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Education, Organizational Development, Supply Chain, or a related field (in lieu of a degree, relevant work experience may be considered).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination, ERP implementations, business transformation, learning and development, business enablement, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and project coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across business and IT teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across concurrent deployment waves while meeting project deadlines.
  • Experience supporting training programs, deployment activities, or user enablement initiatives.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures, as applicable.
  • Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks, including criminal history, and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment.

Nice To Haves

  • Professional certifications in SAP, Project Management, Learning & Development, Change Management, or related disciplines.
  • Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA or other enterprise ERP implementations.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment or global operations.
  • Experience with digital adoption platforms and learning technologies, including WalkMe, SAP Enable Now, or Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting to measure training effectiveness, learner engagement, and deployment readiness.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the SAP Business Enablement function by coordinating training, learning, and deployment readiness activities across all SAP S/4HANA deployment waves.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute role-based training programs to prepare employees for successful adoption of SAP S/4HANA and standardized business processes.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the SAP Training Lead to ensure high-quality learning content, training delivery, and learner experiences.
  • Manage SAP learning platforms and digital adoption tools (e.g., WalkMe, SAP Enable Now, Learning Management System), driving continuous improvement and user adoption.
  • Partner with ERP Program leadership, functional teams, business process owners, site leadership, and Organizational Change Management to coordinate business enablement activities and support successful deployments.
  • Coordinate Super User and Site Champion networks to facilitate knowledge transfer and reinforce business adoption across deployment locations.
  • Monitor business enablement progress, identify deployment readiness risks, and escalate issues that may impact successful implementation.
  • Develop, maintain, and report on enablement dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and executive reporting to measure training effectiveness, learner engagement, and deployment readiness.
  • Capture lessons learned and continuously improve business enablement processes, standards, templates, and deployment playbooks to support future implementation waves.
  • Provide leadership, work direction, coaching, and prioritization to direct or indirect resources supporting training, digital adoption, process alignment, adoption analytics, and user support activities, as applicable.
  • Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by the Global ERP Director or Company management.
