About The Position

What You'll Be Doing: Qualify existing and potential customers Understand and map customer decision making in all regions Identify all possible areas of engagement, work with internal stakeholders to deploy resources in support of the business objectives and customer needs Weatherproof the relationship ensuring long term business continuity Act as a liaison between customer and appropriate internal SMEs Define OKRs in support of short/long term goals Coordinates opportunity development of both Net New as well as Existing Customers Relationship management with the manufacturer’s regional staff in all Vertical markets This job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan. A portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals as set forth by Arrow What We Are Looking For: Typically requires 5–7 years of related experience (5 to 7 years of sales in the technology/hardware/electronic component space) with a 4-year degree; or 3 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent work experience Requires in-depth knowledge and experience going past the initial sales stage Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions Deep understanding of how to build value, trust and relationship networks Works independently; receives minimal guidance Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience Represents the level at which career may stabilize for many years or even until retirement Contributes to process improvements Typically resolves problems using existing solutions and suggests innovative solutions

Requirements
