About The Position

STM, a provider of pressure sensitive adhesive tapes (PSA) is seeking a global Business Development leader. We need a visionary salesperson who can identify product & market growth opportunities that fit within our value-added manufacturing capabilities. This position requires you to work independently so that we never lose a key account but simultaneously direct our internal team to create and produce products for new customers, applications and markets. The financial rewards will be the best you have ever earned. You will see the world while a company pays for it. You will set yourself up for increased roles and responsibilities in our business division and holding company. In a small company like ours, the individual who will get this position will be the one that can do all of this and have an amazing attention to detail with bullet proof follow up!

Requirements

  • Experience in Business Development.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with project management.
  • 10-15 years working in the pressure sensitive adhesives industry.
  • Experience managing a CRM system.
