Requirements

Associate degree in related field and/or 2-3 years of combined education and experience in the construction industry or production environment.
Strong process improvement and data entry experience.
Valid California driver’s license.
Ability to pass a criminal background check for badging purposes at all aerospace facilities if needed.
Excellent writing skills and command of grammar.
Tech-savvy, strong computer skills.
Strong project management skills.
Strong familiarity with networking & social media sites.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent organization and time management abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business development software/tools
Strong problem-solving, research, and analytical skills

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and industry partners to support new business opportunities.
Identify, research, and track potential projects while coordinating with the Estimating Department on bid opportunities and proposals.
Assist with the preparation of presentations, prequalification packages, resumes, and marketing materials.
Coordinate with internal departments to gather project information and ensure timely submission of required documentation.
Attend networking events, trade shows, and client meetings to represent RBA Builders professionally and promote company services.
Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support business development strategies.
Maintain awareness of client confidentiality requirements, safety standards, and company policies when supporting business development efforts.
Manage multiple tasks, schedules, and communications while supporting day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
